The SIM tray would not slide back in but the seller refunded my money w/no questions asked. I purchased another phone from them.
We received the item on 8/17, had it set up at the AT&T store on 8/19 and it seems to be working well.
Phone had issues but the seller promptly provided a return label and refund was given same business day as the item was delivered.
Bit more scuffed up than the pictures show. but actually knew what they where talking about 9/10
