Bought two phones and they both came with problems. Both phone was sold as unlock, however, one is still network locked. Phones were bought as Christmas presents tgat were gifted late. Now one of them cannot be used while the other has restrictions.

Came EXTREMELY FAST

Ordered a phone from this seller. When it came the phone took over 48 hours to charge past 50%. I commented to that affect on the sale page. In less than a day (on the lead up to xmas) the seller had responded and sent me a shipping label to return the phone. Within two days the refund was made to my PayPal account. I ordered this phone at that point and 5 days later the phone was in my hands. I have to point out that this was across the New Years weekend. In my opinion this was excellent service. The phone was functional and as described with no obvious defects, cosmetic or functional.
