This was an old Verizon phone and I couldn't get it going for two days. The company was very quick in responding and sent a return address label immediately.
I decided to try getting it to work one more time before returning it. The company's instructions on the exterior label are good but its Verizon so you may have to try multiple times as you work through multiple menus.

Easy process, phone works as described.

Noting that the phone was discovered to have an unpaid balance to AT&T which prevents new number assignment and service activation.

Delivery took 10 days. Phone is in condition specified, works great, no problem transferring service.

Item as described. Easy transition from my old device on T Mobile, with this unlocked phone.

Sent quickly. Pictures on listing did not represent level of scratching on phone.

I ordered this phone and it was in great condition. My situation changed and I no longer needed the phone. The seller coordinated the free shipping and I mailed it back. They gave me the refund minus a small fee. Excellent experience!
