Very bad Experience. Started with Late arriving because they didnt ship from where they listed.... Would not have purchased.... Then when phone arrived it looked fine but would restart, and had flasshes of Bad screen going on. I tried to give them every chance to make right and was willing to buy another phone from them.... No response to messages. To their credit I did get a return label to send the phone back... have had 15 other good experiences with Swappa. This was not good
