the phone came in the exact condition described, only issue i have is i made a mistake and ordered the tmobile phone i was looking at instead of the unlocked model i had open in another tab and didnt notice until i tried putting my sim card in, and i have no idea how to get it unlocked. its not the sellers fault though, so im still giving a good review!
