Lost in mail-- USPS reported "shipping info received" but they never reported having received the shipment. So, never got phone. BUT seller communicative and issued a full refund in the agreed-upon timeframe. So- unfortunate; but, would purchase from seller again.

Phone was in the condition described by ElectroDealz LLC. Did not have a positive experience with contacting the seller directly. They would not answer the direct question of "When was the package given to USPS?" Given the choice of buying from ElectroDealz LLC and another seller would favor another seller.

Phone was sold while a payment plan was still owed on it, against Swappa rules.

Phone had hardware issues but seller was very responsive and issued a timely refund.
