Phone does not work after 2 days of operation.

Seller provided a return label for me to ship the phone back, which I did. It's now been 48 hours since they received the phone and I've had no communication from the seller, no refund processed. Complete radio silence

Very poor customer service - they'll be getting a bad review and I'll have to do a chargeback through my credit card to get my money back. Be careful with scammers like this one.

Do not waste your money here. These people clearly don't care about the customer if they'll ignore them for 48 hours at a time. (I run my own online store and we would never treat a customer like this)
