Shipment drop off took a little longer than expected, but it was during the holidays so that is too be expected and could have been the fault of the postal service. Otherwise the phone showed up as advertised.
Good product a bit slow getting it but it was around the holiday
Reasonably fast shipping (over Christmas/New Year's holidays). Great phone. Great communication. Advertised as "Good", but nearly perfect. So from my experience, I would say don't be afraid to buy from these people.
