The product came in exactly the condition described. The seller was transparent about slight scratching and other wear and tear on the product which was exactly what was visible on the product. I did not need to get in contact with the seller at any point so I can't testify to how well they respond, but the product came to me with almost all of the software updates installed and functionality has been amazing.
