Sticker on the phone left residue when I pulled it off. Wasted 15 mins of my life cleaning that up for no good reason. Otherwise the phone works and looks as expected.

Seller shipped it ASAP and the phone arrived in a few days in a nice padded envelope within a shipped box. Charger was included with a USB cable. Phone came in near mint condition, as described, and it has been working fine for the past few weeks. One minor note: the phone was described as an unlocked global phone but the splash screen indicates it was a T-mobile based phone. Nothing major, just need to access my voicemail manually (I'm a Verizon customer). Excellent experience with this seller. Would buy from again!
