The phone arrived quick and in great condition. I made the mistake of purchasing a locked phone, when I meant to purchase an unlocked phone. ElectroDealz allowed me to return the phone no questions asked so that I could purchase the phone I wanted from them. Shipped the product later than promised, but shipped it quickly once reminded.
