I purchased this phone on a Thursday, I was notified the following Tuesday (the usual shipping day for a Thurs. order) that the phone was not in stock.
This is an inconvenience, to put it mildly. My phone died suddenly, and I was in need of another as it is a crucial component of my work. I am also nomadic, and had an address for this week. I won't have one for the coming two weeks.
Because of the company's mistake, I have to spend work time searching for another phone that suits my needs, borrow my husband's phone for work and basic needs while he is not using it for work, and will not have a phone for three weeks, counting this one.
I am super disappointed and frustrated.
One upside is that I received notice of this situation, and an apology, from the company the day it was supposed to be shipped (and not later) and was refunded promptly.
