Contacted uCell2us Inc. No satisfaction. Ad stated phone unlocked, compatible with Mint Mobile and implied qualified for special offer of 45 days of free service. Turns out not compatible with Mint which means no free service. Brief page which should up when phone charging state phone is locked. uCell2us Inc blames Swappa and Mint for false ad. Chose not to waste money for shipping phone back to company on slim chance I would get refund. I don't trust the company. So far the phone is not compatible with any other service on the websites I've tried (5 so far) where I entered the imei code. Looks like I wasted money on a phone that won't work with any company. Very unhappy with Swappa and uCell2us Inc
