phone arrived and is overall good shape, there is a large scratch on the screen that i wish had been disclosed before hand. other wise phone is in great shape

Hello, after using this I phone 12 everything seems to be good except I have noticed that when I make and or receive calls I can’t hear them in the regular speaker of the phone I can only hear when it’s connected to something like my car or headphones or on speaker phone, but not just holding it up to my ear…. Just wanted to reach out and see what we could do to fix this issue, thank you! -Emily
