First phone I received was not in Mint condition as listed. I asked for an exchange, the seller agreed. As soon as they received the bad phone, they sent the replacement, and I think they overnighted it. The replacement was in Mint condition. The exchange shipping was all paid for by the seller. Overall good seller that handles returns/exchanges very well, would buy from again.
Note 10+ is in mint condition as promised!

Shipping Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Swappa sales page.

- FedEx 2Day® (2 business days) $10
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) $35
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/Freight Forwarding addresses
- We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and Freight Forwarding addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- We currently do not ship outside the United States
Return & Refund Policies
- We accept returns within the first 30 days of the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be sent back in the original packaging (If sold as NEW).
- No refunds or exchange on devices or products that have any iCloud, Samsung, Google account or any other accounts of that sort. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.
Note:
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New'
- A 3% fee will be charged for order cancellations
