BEWARE: you are taking a huge risk by choosing this seller. If there is a problem with the device, the seller has no interest in taking responsibility and will respond as slow as possible, not caring that you have a defective device and they have your several hundred dollars. Buying a device from this seller is a gamble you don't want to take. You should always go with a seller that has excellent customer service. You will appreciate it when you need it.

It is a shame that Swappa does not let you sort through the negatives reviews. The negative reviews clearly depict the seller as disingenuous. They sell defective phones and will try to charge you a fee for returning a device that is defective due to their fault and will try to make you pay for return shipping costs.

They sent me a phone that has a hardware issue that renders the device unable to connect to a cell network. This should have been caught while it was being "professionally tested".

Shipping Policies


DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

- All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Swappa sales page.

- USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) Free
- FedEx 2Day® (2 business days) $10
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) $35
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/Freight Forwarding addresses

- We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and Freight Forwarding addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

- We currently do not ship outside the United States

Return & Refund Policies


- We accept returns within the first 30 days of the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be sent back in the original packaging (If sold as NEW).
- No refunds or exchange on devices or products that have any iCloud, Samsung, Google account or any other accounts of that sort. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.

Note:
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New'
- A 3% fee will be charged for order cancellations
