If the device you purchased is found to be defective in anyway or can not be activated with the specified mobile carrier within the 30 days, we will be more than happy to repair, replace or refund (in no particular order)

In the case of purchasing a device and returning it for reasons other than defective or not as described we are subject to charging a restocking fee of up to 25%, this will be implemented on a case by case basis. We run our business model based on ethics, in other words if we feel the order was an honest mistake we may not charge anything but a return shipping cost.
