I bought a verizon phone, but when I initially turned it on it was Tmobile. Going to Verizon resolved the issue.

Screen had a few very minor marks. If these did not exist before these may have been from the inside of the plastic padded envelop that was used for the internal packaging. A soft covering would have been preferred.
Shipping was very fast and the phone is working perfectly.
