Item received as described in the sale ad. I ordered the item on a Thursday and received it on Monday. Shipping speed was beyond expectations. The only thing that I would suggest to the seller is providing tracking information. I was unaware that my item was shipped and it was delivered right into my mailbox. I normally have my items rerouted or held for me to pick up. I could not do that with this item because I was not provided the tracking info. I would like to be able to track what I spend my money on. Especially when I spend several hundred dollars. Overall experience from this seller was great though. I would buy again

Phone is in good condition as described, but had issues with shipping, like another customer said, it wasn't shipped when it was "supposed " to be, then seller said he would overnight it but didn't , ended up showing up four o five days later, it looked like it was thrown in a box without padding or any protection whatsoever, phone box was open inside of the shipping box and phone was out , should have been packaged with a little more care since is not a cheap phone,not sure if it works yet because i hadn't activated it yet.
