Phone is in good condition as described, but had issues with shipping, like another customer said, it wasn't shipped when it was "supposed " to be, then seller said he would overnight it but didn't , ended up showing up four o five days later, it looked like it was thrown in a box without padding or any protection whatsoever, phone box was open inside of the shipping box and phone was out , should have been packaged with a little more care since is not a cheap phone,not sure if it works yet because i hadn't activated it yet.

Phone was in mint condition, just as stated. However, what should've been an express delivery, turned into 8 days! Purchased on Sun. Sept. 13th, I received a notification that the seller shipped it the following day, but the seller informed me that the label was blurry, and went unnoticed by the postal carrier, so it was returned to the seller on Wed. the 16th. The seller informed me of this when I had to contact him directly to determine status, he apologized and told me he would overnight it. As I didn't receive a notification from the USPS, as I had originally, I reached out to seller again to find out status, at which time he informed me it had been shipped, and I could locate tracking on the swappa website, which stated it wasn't shipped overnight, and wasn't expected to deliver until the following Mon. 21st. Seller claimed he shipped 3 other phones at the same time as mine, which were all std. shipping! Guess he got confused! I was refunded the $30 same day I received the phone.
