I was expecting to receive the MacBook to be reset to factory settings, but it was not. Had to ask the seller to provide a password, which it didn’t actually need after I tried several of the seller’s suggestions. Also, the labels/stickers the seller put on the product are Extremely sticky and Very Difficult to remove. The display screen has more than a few light scratches on it and the trackpad is not always fully responsive. This is not in excellent condition as the description says. It’s in Fair condition at best.
