Poor shipping speed. Cost more than my offer. Otherwise fine.
Needs to know how to ship packages correctly. Had to pay extra postage on top to receive package, which also because of this caused the package to be misplaced by USPS. Three Stars because Device was in exact shape as described, just poor shipping.
