Everything was as described, shipping was fast and seller was easy to work with. A very pleasant experience overall.

Upon receiving and inspecting computer, noticed it came with the wrong specs vs. item listed. Promptly returned item. Seller complained a piece of plastic packing wrap was not included in the return (duh it's in the trash). Seller withheld my refund for over two weeks after the item was returned. Took Swappa support putting his account on hold until he refunded. Seller still has not refunded the return shipment fee. Very interesting experience.
