After receiving a phone with a non-functional front-facing camera, I returned the phone under the guidance of the seller, which was to use USPS ground advantage. The seller claimed the phone was not in the package, which was torn in the photo they posted to the sale comments. The seller would not claim any responsibility for the shipping guidance and would not refund the purchase. My only negative Swappa experience.
