The item is defective, I can't get my messages, amongst other issues, it's not a carrier issue. I'm not happy! I'm stuck with a defective item and no one is giving me a solution. I don't want to end this with a bad relationship with swappa or the seller but I'm not getting anything but go here and go there like I shouldn't have to go through this!!!
