Received the phone quickly, SIM card reader did not work but Verizon was able to do an eSIM in store. That process took them a long time.

Device serial number was not the same as what was on the product listing.

Received the phone quickly and had no issues

The functions I use seem to be working ok.

Received the phone quickly and even though the phone was marked as "Fair" it looked literally brand new.
