had to clean it a bit the ear piece and mic had a bit of junk in it but it was in good operational order and a battery with over 90% health.

Took several days to ship.

iPad was sent in unprotected envelope without even a sheet of cardboard to protect it. Some minimum level of protection should be part of packing a fragile piece of electronics.
