Phone is in condition I would agree as good. Only sign of use are some small scratches on the hinge and front screen, the phone is in good condition. All functions seem to work as intended.

Came packaged in two layers of bubble packaging, which seemed safe enough

My only complaint is the phone was a little dirty with some residue of something, but that was easy enough to clean off.
