I was sent a faulty pixel 6 and got replaced with one that was in worse condition. Had to cancel the whole thing and got a minty one from an owner instead. They were quick with responding but the whole ordeal took 3 weeks and 2 trips to the office for no good. Sellword has questionable definition of 'good condition'.
