Swappa used to be great. You could buy a phone that was in good shape, from the person that used it. Now it's all refurbish businesses. No comments allowed.How a "Mint" phone that is incapable of being activated with a SIM or eSIM,& doesn't respond to any charger cable passes any kind of QC is beyond me.
The price was fair - but this phone COST me. 2calls over an hr each with vzw tech support, then travel to a store & an hour in person.During those 20 or so hours, several hours I was unreachable to my young kids&job. Sellworld did refund full purchase price, & what I paid to return ship it within a day of me providing the return shipping confirmation. So no complaints about how easily they made the return, but this phone should've never been on this site.
Boo to Swappa for removing comments on listings, and fostering "enterprise seller" listings on their site.
And boo to Sellworld for lack of QC. Quality means nothing when you sell the quantity to cover those losses.
