I recently bought a Google Pixel XL from this seller. Unfortunately, the device seemed to be faulty. However, the seller responded to my messages promptly and helped me through some trouble shooting before I eventually decided to return the item. I appreciate the way the seller backed their product and quickly refunded me for the item as well as reimbursed me for return shipping costs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I wasn't able to keep the device. However, my customer service experience with them was great and I would buy from them again in the future.
