Upon receiving a defective phone from Sellworld, I went through Swappa's return process with ease, thanks to the great customer service displayed by both Sellworld and the Swappa Team. They did everything right to resolve the situation, which unfortunately ended up in a full-refund, with really no questions asked. It's a shame the phone didn't work out, but I'm quite satisfied with the service I received and can confidently endorse this seller and marketplace without reservation.

Seller was quick to ship and the phone shipped without any damage in shipping. Phone wasn't as pictured but still in great condition. Was easy to switch into my name.
