I have to give this seller a neutral review only because the Galaxy S8 I ordered had a different model number than was posted on the website. It was a great phone but it didn't work with my carrier. To be fair, they promptly offered to give me a full refund and to correct the mistake. However, this would have been avoided if they had sent the correct phone originally.
