Took a few days to check over everything once I got a micro sim for the phone and it all works perfectly! Already loving the upgrade from my old phone.

Great phone

The seller listed the phone is good condition and included in the description the phone was in "excellent condition". I received my phone and the headphone jack played music through it but it was distorted and essentially useless. For my first experience with Swappa, I can say it will be my last. Though the seller has been very nice throughout this process of getting a refund, I should never have been put in the process of seeking a refund in the first place.
