Sellworld

I purchased 3 devices over a 4 week period from Sellworld. All 3 had some sort of issue which violate the criteria for sale. This device (LG G5) had a faulty GPS. After a google search when we had problems, early G5's are apparently plagued with GPS issues but I purchased this phone expecting a fully working device as that is what is described by Swappas terms for sale. Another LG G5 I purchased had a faulty earpiece speaker and you could not hear callers except when on speakerphone. A LG G6 I purchased was still under lease under another Sprint account. I'm thankful I'm able to return these devices but the amount of time I've had to invest to troubleshoot and now send all 3 devices back is unacceptable. As stated, I do appreciate being able to return this phone as I didn't activate it originally so I wasn't aware of the issue at first, so changing this review from a thumbs down to a neutral as the it took a lot of my time but I shouldn't end up out any money.

Good seller. Fast. Mint rating not really justified. Some light scratching and no wall charger. I would say good, but not mint.
