I bought this phone and it was a painless process. The only problem is I found out that my local carrier can't access AT&T phones unless they are unlocked (even though they use AT&T towers when roaming). When I tried to unlock the phone, I found that the previous owner hadn't paid all their bills so the company was unwilling to unlock it for me. No problem from the Swappa side, but just a note to the buyer to be aware that unlocking phones is often difficult or impossible.

Phone was as described however between the time the seller posted the phone and I received it. The carrier blacklisted the phone. While disappointed that I didn’t get to have the phone the seller handled thing professionally and stayed true to their word refunding me and making things right. Therefore I am staying neutral because this apparently can happen sometimes and it is can be outside the sellers control.
