Overall good experience. Phone shipped in a timely manner and the phone was in the condition specified. There was a slight snafu with shipping: additional postage was due on the package, I paid the small charge to get the package and the amount I paid was quickly refunded by the seller

There was a scratch on the glass next to the front camera hole, so I wouldn't call this mint. Otherwise we received it quickly.

I received item. It was indeed as described. Pic was accurate although I mis - took the Galaxy8 and Samsung logos as a factory neutral background, not the mentioned screen burn. Thought I could deal with it for the price...but I couldn't. So I returned with no resistance from seller..and bought a 'mint' rated from them instead.
