The item was shipped to my old billing address. I confirmed my shipping through Swappa but it was still shipped to the paypal billing address. I got an alert that the package was delivered and it wasn’t in my mail box, I checked and noticed it was shipped to my billing. The seller suggested I go to my old home and ask for my package ????????. I called the post office and they retrieved it for me safely. The phone is great and better than expected. We have a very happy 13 year old.
