Someone at the receiving post office did not scan the phone properly, and tracking showed no progress for 5 days. This seller was not only responsive to my inquiring emails, but showed genuine concern about the situation, even though it was not their fault, but that of the postal service. The phone was delivered on time after all. It is in perfect condition as indicated and works great. I couldn't be more satisfied with this phone. Sellworld totally deserves 5 stars! Best communication I have ever experienced for a used (or even new for that matter) cell phone purchase.
