Device did come cracked, however the seller was very helping with receiving a partial refund. And I would recommend the seller as I have already bought another device from them.

Avoid this seller! This has been my worst transaction on Swappa. Failed to properly inspect phone so it arrived locked and completely useless. Poor customer service and awful communication.
