Ipad seems to work fine. Disappointed to have a crack in the lower right corner of the screen. Can see the crack in pictures of device if you zoom in super close, but it should have been part of the description and price should have been lowered accordingly. Description only said "normal wear and tear," and it seems a cracked screen should not be described as normal.

Seller initially sent wrong item but replaced with the correct one. Although the seller was helpful in resolving the issue and responded to my questions once I purchased the item, the seller was generally unresponsive to my comments on other listings prior to purchase.

Everything describe right, only minor scratches hard to notice. Everything in apple watch is working properly. Would recommend buy from this seller again! Thank you!

received item very quickly and it came in as described more or less. Packaging that the phone was sent in could have been safer, 3 envelopes lined with bubble wrap from USPS loosely placed within one another and that was it, no box or even a cloth wrapped around the actual phone to prevent scratching during transit. Bad lighting in photos so I can't verify if extra scratches happened during delivery. Expected more professionalism from a long time seller and how much money I spent. My guess is they wanted to spend as little as possible on shipping since it goes by size and weight, so they can pocket more since "shipping is included in the price". If it happens to break during transit, they had insurance and the only one who would be paying at the end of the day is me. Probably won't be buying from this seller again if this is how they choose to do business.

I received my phone very quick and it is just as described and works great.
