The overall experience went very well for my first purchase on Swappa. The device arrived physically in the condition on the listing. It looks brand new and I am very happy with it. Upon inspection of the device details I noticed that it was only a 64GB when I purchased one with 128GB per the listing. I reached out to the Seller who offered a solution that was acceptable to me and also communicated very quickly to reach that resolution. Overall a great experience.
