USB charging Port was broken on arrival. I contacted Sellworld and they are exchanging it for another. They answered quickly and offered no hassles.

Used the phone for exactly 10 1/2 months (used very carefully with case, no misuse) and the pmic/motherboard is broken and needs to be replaced. Estimated cost to repair is $169. Asked the seller about a partial refund/credit. They offered me $10 towards another one of their phones. Wouldn't buy from them again.
