Pro: For the most part condition of the device matches the description. Con: There was a delay in shopping. I paid extra for priority shipping, but received device 7 days from the date of payment. Also, no key to open the phone SIM slot. When I was able to open, the SIM chip holder was bent.

Neutral because the iPad physical condition is great. But i can’t use the iPad without it being plugged into the charger. When i unplug it and use it for a few mins it’s keeps cutting off saying the battery died when it’s on 100%.
