Phone condition exceeded expectations

A mistake was made with our transaction - I received a phone with less storage than was advertised, but the seller was super quick with the communication and acknowledged it (its a crazy time with the COVID-19 outbreak). We came to a fair resolution though. Shipping was super fast and the product was in Mint condition, just had less storage than I wanted. I would purchase again from this seller because they responded quickly and were fair in making the necessary adjustments.
