I received the item exactly as advertised and, while the phone began having issues within a month, the seller was very responsive and easy to work with and gave me a full refund, including the cost of return shipping. I was so pleased with this response that I bought my replacement phone from the same seller on purpose, I know that they back their products and honor the refund 100%.

No issues and the phone arrived as described by the seller.

I wish they would have included a SIM ejector tool. It came as it was specified, with no charger, and no additional defects. The wrapping for shipping was very intense, and done very well, but would have liked if it came in a small box as well, but I think it would have been very hard to damage during shipping regardless.
