Update.. I’m just now having to replace this phone it’s been over 3 yrs since I purchased from this dealer. I just purchased a Samsung S20 to replace my old one.
The phone was definitely a good buy and much needed for my situation. However my only complaint is that the anything I have to press on the left side of my screen is verry difficult. Example. When texting I have to keep pressing "a" over and over.. or damn near beat it it to get it to register... so it makes it verry hard to text fast and it messes with my flow. And I'm new here so I dont how if I can do anything about it. But other than that it's a good honest company and I would buy from them again. Odds have to be better next time right.. lol

There were so many T-Mobile security updates that it took about 8 hours to do all those, but since seller did not specify firmware installed I guess that's on me.
