The iPad is not working well. The screen doesn’t work with touch and I can’t even get it to shut off to restart it. It keeps locking up.

The scratch on the screen was deeper than I thought but overall the experience was not bad and the wear was minor phone works great

Fast shipping, but screen has scratches and burn-in that was not described or pictured. I would have appreciated a more detailed description. Otherwise it looks and works fine.
