Bought for my Brother-In-Law. Took a while to get it setup since he is not on my plan and he was out of town for work for a few days. He received it, loves it, and has no issues with it. Phone is in good condition, did notice small scratch at bottom of phone on the back but covered with a case. A little sad there wasn’t the pre installed screen protector on it (like there was with my s10+) but happy to say there’s no scratches on the screen despite that. Overall happy with the phone since it’s not available to regular consumers

Things didnt work out as expected but they were more than accommodating getting the return and refund quick and easy. Highly recommend buying from them
