Excellent! I'm so impressed by this company. I ordered it on a Thursday night and received it in the mail Tuesday morning in Mint condition that it said it was in. No scratches, no dings, looks brand new. I will definitely order from this company again.

Device had a couple of not-obvious hardware problems which were reasonable to miss in routine device testing - seller had good communication and refunded (including shipping charges) in accordance with policy.
