Received my Galaxy S10 quickly in better shape than described! This was my first time using swappa, I'll definitely be using it again. Took me awhile to get my new phone switched over and working. Not sure if that was my fault or verizon but the phone itself seems to be in great working order. I think it's all switched over and working now!

The area around the stylus was dirty and I was not notified nor could I see in the photos taken how bad and how many scratches there were on the back. As far as I can tell the phone works fine so far.
